An indigenous garden with veldgrass, bulbs and wetland plants to provide framed views of the surrounding veld and to tie in with it seamlessly.  The water of the pool is clarified through a pond filled with waterplants. A greywater filtration system consisting of colourful wetland plants planted in gravel provides water for irrigation without looking contrived. House design by Emilio Eftychis.
