Residential estate development with guidelines and central landscape including fly-fishing dams.

Clearwater Country Estate, consisting of approximately 300 residential stands, centered on the activity of fly-fishing. A series of linked dams can be found on the estate. The dams are filled and their levels are maintained with fresh water. They also act as stormwater attenuation dams, allowing for the collecting and managing of storm water. The architectural component of the project called for the design of the street furniture and gatehouse. Furthermore KWP Architects design approximately 25 houses within the estate.
